I have done everything perfect but my videos are not showing
up!
If everything is
done perfectly and yet your videos are not playing, ask
you webhost to add support for FLV Mime type for your hosting
account. While most webhosts have this turned on, a few
others do not. It only takes a few minutes for them to turn
it on. Once done, this would resolve the issue.
Internal Error Occured - Error Number:53 - File Not Found
while start up
Applicable to: EasyFLV
Streaming Video.
This is not an actual error or a bug, but it happens because
the software remembers the location of the files used if
Data - Autoload on Startup is turned on.
Go to the EasyFLV Streaming Video installation folder via
Windows Explorer.
Ex: C:\Program Files\EasyFLV\Streaming Video 8\
There in you will find a file - auto.efv
Open that file in notepad.
Delete the contents (which looks like Hebrew).
Save the file.
Start EasyFLV Streaming Video software normally.
After you run the software, go to top menu and you will
find Data > AutoLoad on Startup. There should be a check
mark beside that menu item. Uncheck it and this error will
not occur.
CreateProcess failed; code 470. The requested operation
requires elevation
Applicable to: All
EasyFLV software on Windows Vista (some versions) only.
The error happens on Windows Vista when the software is
tried to run after an installation. Though we have packed
proper manifest files for automatic elevation of the setup
file during installation but on some systems it does fail.
To fix this issue, you have to install all EasyFLV software
in administrator mode manually. After you have downloaded
the setup files, do not double click to install them.
Instead right click on the setup file and choose "Run
as administrator". That will ensure the software are
installed under administrator mode and this error will not
occur.
Batch converter converts a video file to FLV but output
folder is empty!
Applicable to: EasyFLV
Batch Converter.
This error happens if you try to transcode a video file
that resides on a CD or DVD to FLV. To fix this issue, you
have to copy the video file to your hard disk and then carry
out the conversion from there.
I need to reinstall my software however I do not have a

that, we will issue your registration codes manually. Here
is the process that you should follow:
Download all the software.
Uninstall previous versions.
Install new versions.
Fill up your name, proceed to auto-registration on website.
The software will close automatically in background.
Ignore the website registration part.

They will show you a software ID#. Each ID# is different,
though they look the same.
Send us those ID#s and we will send you new registration
codes.
We will require your ordering email or your order# to process
new registration code requests to identify you as our customer.
